Product Overview
Hemorrhage control in anatomically challenging locations — the scalp, neck, groin, and axilla — requires more than a single tool. These wounds are often irregular, deep, and highly vascular. Wound packing alone cannot be maintained hands-free; a clamp alone does not address deep cavity hemorrhage; a hemostatic agent alone may not seal the skin surface. This bundle assembles three complementary tools in a single grab-and-go package.
The components are designed to work as a layered system: NAR Wound Pack Gauze provides the cavity fill and initial pressure base; Celox Rapid Ribbon adds chitosan-mediated clot formation that works independently of platelet function and the coagulation cascade — relevant for coagulopathic trauma patients; and the iTClamp® seals the wound surface, containing the hematoma under hydrostatic pressure without requiring ongoing manual force.
MED-TAC International assembled this bundle to provide a pre-packaged advanced hemorrhage-control loadout. Rather than sourcing three items individually and tracking separate SKUs, the bundle simplifies kit building, resupply logistics, and training standardization. Each component remains individually sterile and individually packaged within the bundle.
