By using tactical-medicine.com or any services provided by MED-TAC International, you agree to the following Class Action Waiver:
1. Waiver of Class Actions and Collective Proceedings
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all claims and disputes arising out of or relating to your use of tactical-medicine.com, including but not limited to claims related to content, services, transactions, or policies, shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
- No Class Actions: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against MED-TAC International.
- No Joinder of Claims: Claims cannot be consolidated with any other claims, whether brought by other users or third parties.
2. Agreement to Individual Arbitration
If a dispute arises between you and MED-TAC International, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding individual arbitration, unless an alternative resolution is mutually agreed upon in writing.
3. Exceptions
This Class Action Waiver does not apply in cases where:
- The waiver is prohibited by law in a particular jurisdiction.
- A claim is eligible for resolution in small claims court on an individual basis.
4. Severability
If any portion of this Class Action Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
By continuing to use tactical-medicine.com, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this Class Action Waiver and voluntarily relinquish the right to participate in any class or collective action against MED-TAC International.
