A standardized resupply to replenish a Combat Life Saver's kit after casualty care — 19 components in a resealable field bag, enough to work 2–4 casualties across hemorrhage, airway, thoracic, and hypothermia management. The only thing that changes between configurations is the hemostatic dressing.

The NAR Army CLS Resupply Kit is designed to align with the standard Army Combat Lifesaver kit contents. Specific Army packing lists are subject to revision through DA Pamphlet and MEDCEN guidance — unit medical officers should verify alignment with the current applicable directive.

Are ChitoGauze® PRO and HyFin® Chest Seal CoTCCC-recommended?

Yes. ChitoGauze® PRO is a CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic dressing. HyFin® Chest Seal (vented) is on the CoTCCC recommended chest seal list. The ARS® 14G needle decompression device is also CoTCCC-recommended.

What training is required to use all items in the kit?

The kit is intended for Army Combat Lifesavers who have completed the standard Army CLS course. Needle decompression (ARS®), NPA insertion, and abdominal dressing application require CLS-level training. Tourniquet and ETD application is trained at All-Soldier level.

Is the kit available on a government contract vehicle (GSA/DLA)?

NAR products are available through DLA medical supply and select GSA schedule contracts. Contact MED-TAC International for current NSN and contract vehicle availability for the Army CLS Resupply Kit.

Can the resupply kit be used to stock a non-Army CLS kit?
