A low-visibility armor kit that pairs the Chase Tactical LVPC-E carrier with two SA3100 soft armor panels, 10" × 12" Shooter's Cut, certified to NIJ Standard 0101.06 Level IIIA. The carrier is approximately 1.8 lb empty and approximately 3.5 lb with both panels fitted, with six internal pockets and a removable cummerbund. Level IIIA is a handgun-threat rating; rifle protection requires hard plates, which are not included.

Carrier warranty and soft armor warranty are separate terms and are not interchangeable. Soft armor carries a five-year warranty; confirm the panel manufacture date and the manufacturer's stated service life on receipt.

All sales are final on this item due to the ballistic armor content.

Will the LVPC-ELITE stop rifle rounds?

No — the included SA3100 Level IIIA soft armor panels provide certified protection against handgun threats only (9mm, .357 SIG, .40 S&W, .44 Magnum up to the NIJ IIIA standard). Level IIIA does not protect against rifle ammunition (5.56mm, 7.62mm, etc.). The LVPC-E carrier is designed to accept 10"×12" hard armor plates in addition to soft armor, allowing operators to add rifle-rated Level III or IV hard plates for enhanced protection when the threat environment requires it.

How long does the LVPC-ELITE Active Shooter Kit take to ship?

Due to the ballistic armor content, the LVPC-ELITE Active Shooter Kit may take 2–3 weeks for shipment. Soft armor panels are regulated items and require production-queue processing. Note that all sales are final on this product — returns are not accepted except for manufacturer defects. Connecticut shipments are restricted to Law Enforcement or Military purchasers only (LE/MIL only for CT).
