Individual Leg Rig Kit — Combat Casualty Response Kit (CCRK)

An individual TCCC loadout in a 500D CORDURA platform with near-infrared signature reduction, built around the three leading preventable causes of combat death: extremity hemorrhage, tension pneumothorax and airway obstruction. Three mounting modes swap without tools — split-tale leg rig, MOLLE/PALS, or quick-weave onto a web or gun belt. Contents are identical in all three colorways.

Is the Individual Leg Rig CCRK CoTCCC-recommended?

The CCRK kit family is built around CoTCCC-recommended devices — C-A-T® tourniquet, HyFin® Vent Chest Seal, and CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic gauze. The platform is fielded by DoD units under TCCC protocols.

What is the difference between the individual and medic CCRK leg rig?

The individual CCRK leg rig carries an individual combatant TCCC loadout for self-care and buddy care. The medic version carries an expanded configuration to treat multiple casualties and includes additional airway, IV, and wound-care capability.

Can this rig be mounted to a plate carrier instead of a leg?

The leg rig platform is designed for thigh/drop-leg mounting. For chest or vest integration, consider the standard CCRK in a chest-mounted IFAK pouch configuration.

What is the NSN or procurement path for the CCRK system?

Is the leg rig compatible with standard plate carrier drag handles?

The leg rig is a thigh-mounted platform independent of a plate carrier. It does not interfere with plate carrier drag handles but is designed to be accessible whether or not a plate carrier is worn.
