Individual bleeding control kits (vacuum sealed) are loaded into the compartment, and the spring maintains forward pressure on all kits. As each kit is removed through the top opening, the spring automatically advances the next kit — enabling the carrier to rapidly distribute kits sequentially while moving through an MCI scene without pausing to reach into the bag.
