The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! also known as Micro TKN, is a compact version of the Trauma Kit NOW! specifically designed for everyday carry. It has been crafted to securely hold essential life-saving medical supplies on a belt. Intended for use by law enforcement professionals, prepared citizens, or hunters, the Micro TKN allows for easy one-handed or single finger deployment of crucial first aid materials, thanks to its BLIP featured pull tabs.

This innovative kit consists of two main components - an outer pouch that can be attached to MOLLE or a belt using the revolutionary Ten-Speed technology, and a removable insert that helps keep medical supplies neatly organized and readily accessible.

The pouches are attached via Hook and Loop system to the Belt models and via the Patented Helim Whisper® system on the MOLLE systems. Both models are made from ULTRAcomp® High-Performance Laminate, Ten-Speed® Military Grade Elastic, CORDURA® and TEX 70 bonded nylon thread.

MOLLE or Belt Attachment Method

The Micro TKN Belt Pouch is available in two attachment / wear methods. The "Belt Pouch" version features two adjustable hook and loop tabs that can fit on almost any belts - from every day pants belts to 2" duty belts.

Medical Signal Indicators

The front outer pouch features a laser cut medical cross insignia unique to Blue Force Gear. An included blue insert gives a contrasting indication that it is a medical kit or the insert can be removed for a low profile, color matched insignia. Additional colored and glow in the dark inserts can be purchased.
