The smallest trauma platform in the NAR lineup — a pull-out patrol IFAK built to ride alongside a dedicated tourniquet holder rather than duplicate one. At L 6 × W 3 × D 2.5 in. it still carries a vented chest seal, a flat trauma dressing, wound packing gauze, gloves and shears.

The tourniquet is time-critical enough to deserve its own dedicated holder. Leaving it off the platform is what makes this the smallest kit NAR builds.

No. The Mini-TAK is designed to pair with a dedicated tourniquet holder. The kit provides chest seal, ETD, gauze, shears, and gloves — all the IFAK contents except the tourniquet. A C-A-T® tourniquet holder is available separately at tactical-medicine.com.

Does the w/Combat Gauze version contain a CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic dressing?

Yes. The w/Combat Gauze configuration includes Combat Gauze® LE Z-fold, which is a CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic dressing for junctional and extremity hemorrhage management.
