A belt-mounted trauma kit developed with a major metropolitan SWAT team, built on a low-profile neoprene stretch platform that rides on any standard 2-inch utility or gun belt. Every item is color-coded and icon-marked to its MARCH category, so the right intervention is identified by feel and glance rather than by reading a label under stress. Three configurations, including one built for operators who already carry a dedicated tourniquet.

Law enforcement patrol and tactical teams as belt-carried self-aid alongside a full IFAK on the vest · Military as a low-profile secondary on the duty belt · First responders and plainclothes officers who need trauma capability without the bulk or snag points of a rigid MOLLE pouch. The neoprene platform compresses flat against the belt, which is what makes it wearable through a long operation rather than staged in a vehicle.

Choose Kit w/o TQ only if a dedicated tourniquet is already carried and immediately accessible. A kit without a tourniquet is not a hemorrhage-control kit on its own. Nasal airway placement in the Intermediate build requires training and scope-of-practice authorization.
