NAR-4 Aid Bag

A low-profile aid bag that straps directly to body armor with four rapid attachment straps, or converts to backpack carry when the shoulder straps deploy. Berry Amendment 500D Cordura® with GhillieTEX™ near-IR signature reduction and silent, sand- and water-resistant zippers. Five removable interior pouches segment the loadout. Bag only — medical supplies are not included.

A rucksack rides high, snags in close quarters and fights you getting out of a vehicle. Mounting the load to the armor keeps the center of gravity where the medic already carries weight.
