A full-capability individual first aid kit that does not read as one. Gray/Blue or Gray/Black rip-stop nylon in a deliberately non-tactical silhouette, carried on a 3-inch belt loop, holding the same NAR components as the tactical IFAKs. The Advanced Kit adds a 28 F nasopharyngeal airway and an ARS® needle decompression kit. Those are scope-restricted interventions: choose Advanced only if the person carrying it holds TCCC, TECC or equivalent provider training and is authorized under local protocol. Basic and Basic Kit w/Combat Gauze stay within the hemorrhage-control and chest-seal skills taught in standard bleeding control courses.

Is the OCHO IFAK Medic Kit CoTCCC-recommended?

The OCHO contains CoTCCC-recommended items including the C-A-T® tourniquet, HyFin® Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack, and (in w/Combat Gauze and Advanced tiers) Combat Gauze® LE. The kit itself is a NAR commercial product; individual items meet CoTCCC recommendations as noted per tier.

What training is required to use the OCHO IFAK?

The Basic and Basic w/Combat Gauze configurations contain items usable by anyone with Stop the Bleed or TCCC-level hemorrhage control training. The Advanced tier adds a nasopharyngeal airway and needle decompression kit — those interventions require TCCC, TECC, or equivalent provider training and should only be used by qualified personnel within their scope of practice.

Does the OCHO IFAK fit on any duty belt?

Yes. The OCHO uses a 3-inch belt loop compatible with standard duty belts and pistol belts. It is not MOLLE-compatible — it is specifically designed for belt-loop carry to maintain its low-visibility, non-tactical silhouette.

Is the OCHO available for government/agency procurement?
