Four C.O.R.E gel packs, each sized by the manufacturer for the groin and axilla and carried inside a Polar Skin Mini-Mesh sleeve saturated with ArcticAqua. The sleeve is what adds convective and evaporative cooling on top of the conduction a plain gel pack gives you — the manufacturer's C2E designation. Sold in one configuration: Double Patient.
