Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

Absolutely portable; when prepared to 0°F and stored in a Polar Skin Cooler with ice, the system maintains an internal temperature of ≤32°F for 17.5 hours in >85°F ambient temperatures
