Public Access Bleeding Control 8 Pack — Vacuum Sealed

Eight vacuum-sealed individual bleeding control kits plus a responder litter in one nylon carrier. The flat-packed format holds eight-casualty treatment capacity in a 14 × 11 × 8 in. footprint, so a full station fits a wall case, an under-desk cubby or a vehicle trunk. Built for large venues where several bleeding casualties happen at once.

Each of the 8 vacuum-sealed individual kits includes: C-A-T® tourniquet (CoTCCC-recommended), Emergency Trauma Dressing, hemostatic gauze (tier-dependent), nitrile gloves, trauma shears, emergency blanket, permanent marker, and just-in-time instruction card.

Does vacuum sealing affect the tourniquet or hemostatic gauze?

No. Vacuum sealing compresses the soft goods for space efficiency but does not damage the tourniquet, gauze, or other kit contents. The C-A-T® tourniquet is rated to function reliably after extended storage in compressed configuration.

How do you open a vacuum-sealed kit in an emergency?

The vacuum-sealed pouch opens with a tear-notch or by cutting. Post instructions near the kit location so bystanders are not slowed by unfamiliar packaging. Practice the open-and-deploy sequence during training.

Are the 8-Pack contents CoTCCC-recommended?

All tiers include the CoTCCC-recommended C-A-T® tourniquet. Advanced tiers add CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic gauze (Combat Gauze or equivalent). Chest seal variants include HyFin® Vent Compact — CoTCCC-recommended.
