Intermediate adds a chest seal over Basic. The Advanced tiers swap the wound-packing gauze for a hemostatic — QuikClot Bleeding Control Dressing or Celox — and add a chest seal. Both kits in the pack carry the same loadout.

Each kit includes the CoTCCC-recommended C-A-T® tourniquet. Advanced-tier packs add CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic gauze. The PABC is designed for lay responder use in the general public, not solely tactical providers.

Can the Twin Pack be used for Stop the Bleed training?

The PABC kits contain the same tourniquet and gauze used in Stop the Bleed training curricula. Agencies sometimes purchase PABC kits for training demonstrations or to build dual-use kits that serve both training and deployment purposes.
