A vest-front trauma platform stocked for two simultaneous casualties: doubles of the tourniquet, packing gauze, trauma dressing and airway, plus four HyFin Vent seals for entry and exit coverage on two patients. Built for the MKIII RTF responder vest and compatible with any MOLLE/PALS chest panel. Contents are identical in all three colorways.
