What It Is
The Operator IFAK XL takes the proven layout of the standard Operator IFAK and scales it up for users carrying more components without changing their organizational approach. At 7.5″ × 5″ × 4″, the XL holds substantially more volume than the standard 4.5″ × 6.5″ × 3″ pouch — enough for a fuller medic-level loadout including chest-decompression needles, full-size airways, multiple dressings, and hemostatic agents alongside the core tourniquet and pressure-bandage layer.
The full-zip opening lays the entire interior flat in a single motion for simultaneous visual access to everything inside — the same fast-access approach TacMed uses across the Operator IFAK line. Interior reinforced webbing keeps items from shifting during prolonged carry, whether the pouch is full or partially packed. The exterior gripper elastic provides a pre-positioned external tourniquet slot for a CAT or SAM XT, keeping it accessible for immediate self-aid or buddy-aid without opening the main pouch, and the hook-and-loop ID panel takes a blood-type patch or MED identification.
