TacMed™ Phantom Litter

A poleless casualty-evacuation platform that weighs 15 oz and packs to 10 × 7 × 1.5 in., small enough to ride inside a plate carrier and still open to 65 × 23 in. with a 450 lb rated payload. It gives an individual operator personal CASEVAC capability without spending vest real estate, and doubles as a casualty equipment bag once the patient transfers to a standard litter. Offered as the litter alone or with an external carrier in four colors.

The internal mount was designed to fit inside the Eagle Industries Modular Body Armor Vest (MBAV) and the Special Forces plate carrier with cummerbund, sitting behind other vest components without blocking magazine, radio or hydration access.

Choose the Phantom when individual kit space is the binding constraint. A team-carry poleless litter is the better tool at squad level where extra weight is acceptable, and a rigid tubular stretcher remains the correct platform for vertical haul and confined-space rescue. Litter carries should be rehearsed before they are needed — the platform is rated to 450 lb, but the carry itself is a trained skill.
