The Operator IFAK is a compact individual IFAK for a single operator's self-aid or buddy-aid — it contains a SOF® Tourniquet, OLAES® bandage, NPA, and basic supplies in a MOLLE pouch. The R-AID Kit contains enough supplies for multiple casualties across the full MARCH spectrum. Choose the Operator IFAK for individual carry; choose the R-AID Kit for the unit or team medic role.
