PRODUCT INFORMATION
North American Rescue · Multi-Casualty Deployment Kit
Tactical Rapid Deployment Kit
A pre-loaded NAR bag built for the provider who expects more than one casualty: four C-A-T tourniquets, four HyFin Vent chest seal twin packs, two rolls of Combat Gauze and two 6 in. ETDs, plus NPA and ARS needle decompression. Where an IFAK carries one of everything, this carries the volume and redundancy to keep working through a sequence of patients.
4× C-A-T · 4× HyFin VentNPA + ARS decompressionMulti-casualty volume3 colors

An IFAK answers the question 'can I treat this casualty'. A deployment kit answers 'can I still treat the next one' — and that is a question about volume, not about capability.

Kit Contents

One loadout across all three colors — contents are identical in Black, Coyote Tan and Olive Drab. The list is grouped below by MARCH phase so you can find a capability rather than scan one long inventory. Tap a section.

Who Carries It

Military medics and 68Ws in a forward position where the expected casualty count is greater than one · Tactical medics and TEMS providers carrying the team kit behind a roster of individual IFAKs, both as resupply and as the source of the capabilities an IFAK omits · Paramedics and ALS providers as a rapid-deploy supplement to truck stock on an active-threat or multi-patient scene · Range officers and training staff serving as the designated medical responder for a multi-person event.

Two items in this kit are provider-scope: the ARS needle decompression kit and the nasopharyngeal airway. Needle thoracostomy is an invasive procedure with real potential for harm when performed on the wrong patient or at the wrong site. Both belong to responders trained and authorized to use them under their own medical direction. The hemorrhage-control contents — tourniquets, hemostatic gauze, pressure dressings, wound packing — sit within the scope of any TCCC or bleeding-control-trained responder.
