The smaller version of the  TT IFAK pouch is a MOLLE mounted First Aid Kit pouch features the same quick access system as it's bigger brother. It can be mounted on the back of a vest, pack, or belt and allows the user to carry a large amount of medical gear to address many problems within the MARCH algorithm of TCCC.

A shock-cord mounting system housed on a solid panel with gear loops on the other side allow for a customized loadout in accordance with the user's needs.

  • Opens out, with hook-and-loop fastening
  • Pull out panel for individual loading
  • Can also be used with 50mm belts

  • Requires 2 MOLLE loops - 4 across
