24 Laser-Cut MOLLE Loops
16 side + 8 front exterior loops. Interior MOLLE hook-and-loop panels for accessory pouches. Full modular expansion without bulking the shell.
Ambidextrous Sling System
Padded TT back-system with convertible carry. Diagonal over-back or single-shoulder draw. Buckle releases fast for clamshell access.
Clamshell Main Compartment
Full-open rear zipper exposes the entire main bay. Two front pocket tiers. Lateral rear compartment for a hydration bladder or flat documents.
CORDURA® 700D Shell
German Bundeswehr-rated CORDURA® 700 denier fabric. IRR variant in 500D for operational use where near-infrared signature matters.
Internal Configuration — The main bay ships bare — pure MOLLE hook-and-loop panels on front and back walls. Attach the Modular Medic Insert or any TT pouch set to turn it into a mission-ready platform.
- Large MOLLE H&L rear panel — accepts full accessory pouch sets
- Front wall MOLLE panel — organize individual item pouches vertically
- Front upper pocket — admin panel or medical gloves storage
- Front lower pocket — tourniquet, shears, or chem light
- Hydration sleeve — 2L bladder compatible
Carries TCCC basics as a sling — tourniquet, NPA, chest seals, and gauze within reach without dropping a ruck.
Vehicle patrol or CQB utility bag. Deploy off the back seat, grab-and-go access to comms, breaching, or admin kit.
Off-duty or vehicle-ready auxiliary bag. Supplement a larger jump bag with the overflow gear that needs instant draw.
Plainclothes or soft-clothes carry. Sling profile keeps a low signature while providing MOLLE-expandable storage for a response kit.
When to Choose the Modular Sling Pack 20
- Lightweight patrol utility — When a full ruck is overkill — CQB, vehicle ops, or short-duration foot movement.
- Modular medical staging — Pair with TT MOLLE pouches to build a scalable CLS kit without committing to a dedicated medic pack.
- EMS auxiliary carry — Secondary bag alongside a jump kit — fast-access sling draw for frequently used consumables.
- Plainclothes LE — Low-profile sling profile conceals operational kit during soft-clothes assignments.
Modular Sling Pack 20 vs. The Competition
- vs. 5.11 RUSH MOAB 10 — TT Sling 20 offers 10L more capacity, European Bundeswehr-rated fabric, and cleaner laser-cut MOLLE vs. the MOAB's sewn webbing. German-made vs. offshore manufactured.
- vs. NAR Operator IFAK Sling — NAR is purpose-built medic-only. TT Sling 20 is a broader tactical platform — better for non-medic operators who want MOLLE expansion, not a dedicated med kit.
- vs. Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger — Maxpedition emphasizes internal organization pockets. TT prioritizes MOLLE modularity and military-grade CORDURA over civilian EDC design.
- vs. TT Modular Medic Sling Pack 20 — Same shell, different interior. The plain Sling 20 ships bare (you build the kit). The Medic Sling 20 ships with color-coded medical pouches pre-fitted.
Frequently Asked Questions — Modular Sling Pack 20
- Is the Modular Sling Pack 20 ambidextrous?
- Yes. The padded sling system converts for left- or right-side wear. The buckle quick-release works from either side.

- No. The Sling Pack 20 ships as a bare-shell tactical bag. For a medical pre-kit, see the TT Modular Medic Sling Pack 20 which includes color-coded pouches.
- Will a 2L hydration bladder fit?
- Yes. The rear compartment includes a hydration sleeve compatible with standard 2L bladders. Hose routing port is built in.
