TCCC Skills System - All Combatant
A whole 25-student All-Combatant course as one SKU: three integrated NAR training sets — Skills, IFAK and Evacuation — in three matching wheeled tan hard cases, 175 lb complete. The three sets map to the three TCCC phases of care, so the programme covers casualty movement as well as treatment. NAR 80-0970.

Standing up a TCCC programme piecemeal is its own logistics problem — and you find out a station is short a component on the morning of the first class, not before it.

Kit Contents

One configuration. This system is a bundle of three complete NAR training sets; each set's component-level manifest lives on its own product page, and the note below explains why. Tap a section.

VIEW ▾The Three Component Sets — what ships in the system
  • 1× TCCC Skills Set — All Combatant (NAR 80-0968) · 25-student shared station equipment across the task areas — trainer C-A-Ts, Combat Gauze trainers, chest-seal trainers, ARS, NPA, SAM splints, HPMK, eye shields
  • 1× TCCC IFAK Skills Set (NAR 80-0969) · 25 individual training IFAKs in MOLLE Coyote bags — trainer tourniquet, ETD, gauze, NPA, ARS, chest-seal trainer, tape, gloves, casualty card
  • 1× TCCC Evacuation Skills Set (NAR 80-0971) · casualty movement — Talon II 90C rigid litter, REEL non-rigid litter, Hasty Harness, RAT Strap, Dragon Handle, carabiner, HPMK
  • 3× Wheeled hard-shell case, tan · one per set — storage and transport between sites
VIEW ▾How The Three Sets Divide The Course — why the system is packaged this way
  • IFAK Skills Set — one training kit per student, for the carry-and-immediate-response tasks every combatant performs on their own kit.
  • Skills Set — shared station equipment for instructor-supervised rotations, where each student works each intervention in turn.
  • Evacuation Skills Set — rigid and non-rigid litters and hasty-extraction devices, extending training past treatment into casualty movement.
  • All trainers are inert practice devices. None is a live-issue product and none belongs in a deployable kit.

No item in this system carries CoTCCC recommendation status: every device in it is a trainer or practice item rather than a live-issue product. The task areas listed above reflect the All-Combatant curriculum the sets are built to support; CoTCCC publishes clinical guidelines and a recommended-device list, not an equipment specification for training sets, so treat that mapping as NAR's rather than as a CoTCCC requirement. TECC is the law-enforcement adaptation of the same framework, which is why one system serves both curricula. NAR does not publish the per-set component list on this system's own listing — inventory all three cases against the NAR packing manifest before the first class, since one missing trainer stalls an entire station rotation.

Who Carries It

Military schools and units establishing or scaling an All-Combatant certification programme at 25-student throughput · Federal law enforcement academies standing up tactical casualty care instruction on a single-procurement equipment baseline · Civilian training centres delivering TCCC curriculum that need interoperable, instructor-ready station gear · Multi-year programmes, where reusable trainers and wheeled cases make the system an asset rather than a consumable and a resupply kit covers the gap between overhauls.

This is a training system. It supplies equipment, not curriculum or certification, and completing training with it confers no clinical authorization.
