TRAMEDIC® CABINET Kit

A multi-casualty public-access trauma kit organized into ten labeled sub-kits — one per injury type — so a bystander reaches for a category, not a supply pile. Four Massive Bleeding sub-kits carry a tourniquet and a 4 in. bandage each, enough for four hemorrhaging casualties.

The kit is built to be usable by untrained bystanders, but tourniquet application and wound packing are still trained skills. Pair deployment with bleeding-control training for staff, and check the kit on a documented schedule.

What is the sub-kit architecture and why does it matter?

The TRAMEDIC® CABINET Kit organizes supplies into labeled sub-kits by injury type (Massive Bleeding, Chest Injury, Burn Care, etc.) instead of a single undifferentiated supply bag. This allows a bystander or responder to instantly locate the right supplies for a specific injury without searching through everything — critical under stress.

How many bleeding casualties can this kit treat?

Four. The kit includes four Massive Bleeding Sub-Kits, each containing one SOF® Tourniquet and one OLAES® 4-inch bandage — a complete hemorrhage control set for one casualty.

Is the SOF® Tourniquet CoTCCC-recommended?

Yes. The SOF® Tourniquet (SOFTT-W) is CoTCCC-recommended for extremity hemorrhage control.

What is the difference between the 60-0500 and 60-0500MC variants?

60-0500 is the kit only (no cabinet) — for organizations that have existing cabinet infrastructure or want to deploy the supplies in a custom carrier. 60-0500MC includes the wall-mount cabinet for a complete permanent installation.

Does this kit replace individual bleeding control kits or supplement them?

The TRAMEDIC® CABINET Kit is a facility-level multi-injury trauma station designed to supplement individual bleeding control kits at AED stations. It provides broader injury coverage (burns, fractures, eye injuries) and serves as the main supply depot for a trained first responder.
