Nothing in this kit is a medical device and no item carries evidence-based evaluation status — the trainers are simulation aids, the gauze is plain training gauze with no hemostatic agent, and the simulant is not blood or a blood product. Three planning notes for a program at this scale. Tourniquets are not included, so a course running the two tourniquet application platforms supplies its own — ideally the model the students carry, and enough for one per pair. Exam gloves are not included either, and at fifty-plus students through wet stations the glove burn rate is significant; budget them as a consumable alongside the simulant. And there is one tray in a kit built for four stations working simultaneously, which will not contain the mess — additional trays or a table plan are a practical necessity rather than a nicety. Two things this kit does better than the smaller sets: the skin tones are properly paired light and dark across the hemorrhage kits, the packing trainers, the tourniquet platforms and the PCT3 legs, and the chest seal kit means the stated Respiration coverage is real rather than aspirational. What scale changes: at fifty-plus students the limiting factor stops being the number of trainers and becomes the reset between rotations. That is why the consumables are bulk — twelve liters of simulant, four bulk gauze packs and a clotting solution — and why the tray count and glove supply matter more than they look. Run stations in parallel, keep one person on reset, and clear used gauze continuously rather than between blocks. These notes are general reference only.
