Lightning X Premium Modular ALS Oxygen Trauma Kit | MB65-SKD

The LXMB65 modular ALS bag supplied pre-loaded with Fill Kit D — oxygen, airway, trauma, diagnostics and wound care in one deployable unit. A dedicated zippered side compartment holds the aluminium D cylinder and regulator, so oxygen comes out without opening the main hold.

Oxygen cylinders ship empty or filled according to carrier and regulatory requirements for compressed gas; confirm cylinder state on receipt before placing the bag in service.

ALS paramedic crews needing one deployable unit that carries oxygen, airway, trauma, diagnostics and wound care together. EMS and fire rescue running vehicle-mounted response where the bag comes off the apparatus complete. Disaster response teams, agency fleets standardising a single bag, and industrial or remote sites where resupply is not immediate.

Scope of practice governs use: the airway adjuncts and oxygen delivery equipment in this kit require training and authorisation. Providers should confirm the packing list against their own medical director's protocol and restock to that standard rather than to the fill kit as supplied.
