What It Is
The LXMB60 solves the perennial ALS oxygen-bag problem: how to carry a D-cylinder without sacrificing organized access to supply pouches. The removable cylinder sleeve on the main-compartment back panel arranges four of the six pouches around the cylinder when oxygen is deployed; when no oxygen is needed, all six pouches drop into the main compartment and the sleeve removes entirely for a large, unobstructed cavity.
A purpose-engineered top front pocket opens directly into the main compartment so a provider can reach the regulator and adjust flow without opening the main bag — a real advantage during active airway management. Ten zippered compartments and eight elastic sections keep airway tools, suction, IV supplies, monitoring leads, and drug pouches in defined locations, while the laser-cut MOLLE front panel adds a platform for IFAK pouches, tourniquets, or accessories. The contoured yoke harness and integrated waist belt distribute the load of a pack that can exceed 20 lbs. It is the designated ALS configuration for MED-TAC International, sold in Red for immediate on-scene identification. Sold empty.
