M2 Ratcheting tourniquet - Intuitive and Effective
The M2 Ratcheting tourniquet is a fast and highly effective military and tactical tourniquet with a very intuitive operative mechanism making it a fast and highly effective tourniquet.
The strap and mechanism are rugged and durable with a with a 0.75″ m2® ratcheting buckle and a ladder securing strap. The tourniquet webbing is 1.5″ (38mm) wide and features printed instructions on the webbing itself.
With it’s simple, intuitive ‘glove’ operation, this tourniquet has been a proven life-saving tool since 2002. The tourniquet is self-locking and applies precise mechanical pressure easily applied with one hand that requires only ‘gross’ motor skills to operate. The tourniquet makes a ratcheting sound when activated giving you both auditory and tactile feedback to ensure proper placement.
