How does the oxygen cylinder work with the LXMB60?

The LXMB60 includes a removable cylinder sleeve that attaches to the main compartment back panel via hook-and-loop. When carrying an O2 cylinder, four of the six pouches arrange around the sleeve and the remaining two go in the side pockets. The sleeve and straps can be removed entirely when no cylinder is needed, freeing the full main compartment for six pouches or bulk equipment.

Can I access the O2 regulator without opening the main compartment?

Yes. The LXMB60 features a top front pocket that opens directly into the main compartment, providing unobstructed access to the oxygen regulator and flow controls without unzipping the main bag. This allows an ALS provider to adjust oxygen flow while continuing airway management — a critical operational advantage in the field.

Does the LXMB60 have MOLLE attachment points?

Yes. The front panel of the LXMB60 features laser-cut MOLLE loops for attaching quick-access tools, IFAK pouches, tourniquet holders, or additional MOLLE-compatible pouches.
