The HALO® vented chest seal is not annotated: it does not appear on the recommended-device list this programme verifies against, and an unverified recommendation is worse than none — confirm current status before relying on it in a procurement document. Nasopharyngeal airway placement is a provider-scope intervention regardless of what is in the kit. Nothing here is a prescription item.
