TacMed™ Adaptive First Aid Kit Pouch

A 6.5" × 4.5" × 3" IFAK carrier that mounts either vertically or horizontally, so a full-size individual kit fits whatever MOLLE real estate a vest has left. The removable insert lifts the contents out for small-of-back carry when no platform is worn, and the included tourniquet strap reconfigures to match the mounting orientation. Sold empty; medical supplies are not included.
