Narrow entry injuries such as blast or knife wounds are very difficult to treat and often lethal. Celox™-A is a unique applicator delivery system pre-packed with 6g of Celox™ granules and designed to get through a small entry wound, directly to the bleeding site in just a few seconds.

The Celox-A High speed applicator is designed specifically for narrow-entry gunshot, blast or stab wounds. It delivers 6g of Celox Granules directly to the source of the bleeding and promotes rapid coagulation, even in hypothermic conditions and if the blood contains heparin.

Celox-A is an excellent choice for the controlled application of granular products, which are very difficult to work with if deploying from a pouch.  It works well in windy conditions and even through strong pulsatile hemorrhaging flow.
