Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

The INTREPID Medical Intervention Pack is a top-of-the-line emergency response bag made with durable 1680D polyamide fabric and stain-resistant treatment. It features a high visibility neon orange interior, back carry, shoulder strap, and handle for easy transport. Its winching system and integrated helicopter handle make it ideal for emergency situations.

For clarification, the INTREPID System is a combination of a main rescue bag plus the PATROL XL bag attached. Both packs can be separated and used individually or joined.

However, your pack WILL INCLUDE the CRISTAL Pouch Set as show below. This is a series of very solid 420 D and Clear Polyurethane materials with Velcro closures and drain grommets. You get pouches in 3 different sizes and 5 different colors. For many of you, this may be all you need. Others may want to further optimize their bags with purpose-built pouches.

The choice is yours! The possibilities with this bag are endless!

Additionally, you can purchase a SNAKE backpack lighting system for this, or any other Velcro lined bag. This is a very bright and durable, battery powered LED light system to help you locate what you need in the dark without fumbling around.

Lastly, you can run a TROLLEY System with this bag in case it gets too heavy, and you want to drag it around. This is great for event medical support operations!
