Lightning X TacMed ALS Modular Trauma Backpack w/ Stocked Kit D | MB60-SKD
The MB60-SKD pairs the Lightning X LXMB60 tactical medical backpack with Fill Kit D — the configuration that ships with an aluminum D oxygen cylinder and a 0–15 LPM regulator. Ten zippered compartments, eight elastic compartments and six color-coded removable pouches organize a full ALS loadout around the removable O2 sleeve. This product ships stocked.

Kit D differs from Kit C by the aluminum D oxygen cylinder and the 0–15 LPM regulator; the remaining contents are common to both.

▾Who Carries It

Paramedics and ALS crews who carry oxygen on every call and want the cylinder, regulator and delivery equipment in the same bag as the trauma load · Fire and rescue teams using it as a first-in ALS pack · Disaster response, wilderness medicine and remote industrial sites where resupply is distant.

Oxygen administration, airway adjunct placement and cervical immobilization are all scope-of-practice interventions — this configuration assumes an ALS provider. The kit ships with a R.A.T.S. tourniquet and a hemostatic spray rather than a windlass tourniquet and hemostatic gauze; agencies that specify CoTCCC-recommended hemorrhage-control items should plan to supplement or substitute them.
