Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

The Critical Event Medic Kit utilizes the Signature Series Med-Pack platform to include internal panels that can be adjusted to fit your exact equipment needs while keeping everything secured and organized and can hold the included Foxtrot® Litter on the bag's exterior for immediate access.

What is NFPA 3000™?:

First responders are facing an increasing number of active shooter/hostile events where mass casualties can be present, and NFPA 3000™ is a set of standards developed to assist agencies with integrated community preparedness, response, and recovery for these tragedies. Included in the standards are competencies for fire, EMS, and law enforcement responders for threat-based care and hot/warm/cold zone tasks, including knowledge of plans, policies, and procedures for available medical supplies and resources.
