▾Who Carries It

ALS paramedic crews carrying a complete drug kit, airway module, vascular access supplies, monitoring equipment and documentation without the bulk of a full jump bag. BLS crews who want compartmentalised storage in a pack that will not be outgrown. Tactical medics and military corpsmen using the MOLLE panels to hang IFAK pouches or mission-specific equipment off the platform.

At 32.5 litres it is large enough for sustained operations and still narrow enough for confined-space work in vehicle entrapments and structure fires. Weight, empty, is 7 lb before a single item goes in — plan the loadout accordingly.
