EVAC Sleeve – Blue Tide Innovations

A low-profile sleeve that stores a rolled soft litter on the outside of a pack, a vehicle rack or an aid bag and puts it in your hands with one pull of a tab. Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS mounts it vertically or horizontally, and the 16 × 4 × 4 in. envelope is sized against common rolled litters. Sold empty — the litter is a separate purchase.

The trade this platform makes is explicit: a litter loose in an aid bag is the slowest to reach and displaces other gear mid-scene; a litter bungeed to the outside is fast but exposed and snag-prone. The sleeve adds a dedicated mount point and keeps the litter protected, secured and pull-tab accessible. Deployment speed is still a trained skill — rehearse the pull until it is one motion.
