Lightning X Tactical Assault Backpack w/ Trauma & Bleeding Fill Kit | PB89-SKM

A 13" × 9" × 18" MOLLE assault pack shipped pre-loaded with a 43-item trauma and bleeding control fill kit — four main compartments plus a rear hook-and-loop quick-access panel, 12 lb fully stocked. It sits between an IFAK and a full ALS bag: hemorrhage control, wound care, airway and assessment without an oxygen cylinder. Note that the standard loadout does not include a tourniquet.

Two things to plan for before this pack goes into service. First, it ships without a tourniquet — a bleeding-control pack in a high-threat role needs at least one CoTCCC-recommended windlass tourniquet added and carried where it can be reached one-handed. Second, several items in the loadout — hemostatic gauze, airway adjuncts, oral glucose — sit at or beyond the scope of an untrained bystander; stock and train to your agency's own protocol and provider scope.
