The side pouches take the pack to about 18 in wide and the front module adds about 3 in of depth. Pick the Extended build for frame carry, vehicle staging and long-delay use; pick Standard when you move through doorways and stacks.

The ProCric™ cricothyrotomy kit is for credentialed advanced providers only and needle decompression is ALS only; both are used only under your medical director.
