Mojo® Pocket Bleeder Kit - BASIC
The smallest configuration in the range: one SWAT-T™ elastic tourniquet, vacuum-sealed flat in a nylon wallet about 5 × 3 × 1 in. No windlass, no rod, no mechanical parts — a 56-inch polyisoprene band with printed shapes that tell you when the stretch is right. Fits where a rigid tourniquet does not. SKU 88-100-01.
2 items · wallet formatSWAT-T™ elastic tourniquetNo mechanical partsSKU 88-100-01

The best tourniquet is the one that is on you. A rigid device left in a car because it would not fit a pocket has an effectiveness of zero.

Kit Contents

One configuration, two line items — this is the tourniquet-only tier. Read the specification note on device status before choosing between this and the higher tiers. Tap the section.

Be clear on device status before choosing this tier. The SWAT-T™ is not on the CoTCCC recommended device list, so nothing in this kit carries that annotation. For adult extremity hemorrhage in tactical and clinical settings, CoTCCC-listed windlass devices are the recommended class; the INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED configurations of this same range ship one, and this configuration does not. What the SWAT-T™ offers instead is form factor and versatility — it stores flat where a rigid device cannot, it works as a pressure wrap over packed gauze or a splint securement, and its elastic band suits small limbs where a windlass is hard to seat. That is a genuine trade, not a lesser version of the same thing, but a buyer choosing on device list should choose a different tier. Two data caveats. The stated weights are inconsistent: 6.9 oz packaged in the specification table, about 4 oz deployed in the body copy and under 1 oz in the manufacturer's own FAQ — and 6.9 oz is also the stated weight of the INTERMEDIATE kit, which holds three more items. And the manufacturer's descriptions of the ADVANCED tier differ between listings on which hemostatic it ships. Nothing on this page is training.

Who Carries It

Everyday carry, for anyone who has found a full IFAK too large to actually carry — a wallet pocket, a glove box, a laptop bag · First responders building a secondary kit, as a flat backup alongside a windlass tourniquet already on the belt · Parents and coaches, on a sideline or in a sports bag where space is short and the risk is real · Drivers and commuters, wanting capability in the vehicle with no visible gear signature · Entry-level training programmes, where a low-cost device gives students first-exposure repetitions.

Working notes for a limb tourniquet: applied high and tight on the proximal third of the limb, never over or beside a joint, tightened until bright bleeding stops, with the time of application written down and handed over. On this device the printed shapes are the tension cue — when the ovals read as circles and the diamonds as squares, the band is at stretch. These notes are general reference only and are not a substitute for accredited hemorrhage-control training.
