Mojo® Pocket Bleeder Kit - INTERMEDIATE
Two CoTCCC-recommended devices in a wallet-sized flat pack: a Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet for a limb bleed and Celox™ Rapid gauze for the wound a tourniquet cannot reach. Add gloves and a MARCH™ reference card and the whole thing is 6.9 oz, about 5 × 3 × 1 in. folded. SKU 88-100-02.

A tourniquet answers a limb. It does nothing for a groin, an armpit or a torso — which is why the step up from the Basic kit is the gauze, not the pouch.

Kit Contents

One configuration, five line items. Two of them carry CoTCCC recommendation; the specification note says which and what that does and does not mean. Tap the section.

CoTCCC recommendation applies to two items here: the Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet and Celox™ Rapid. It does not extend to the gloves, the reference card or the pouch, and no kit inherits the status of its parts. Two limits worth stating. This is a hemorrhage kit and only a hemorrhage kit — the M of MARCH. There is no chest seal, no airway adjunct and no thermal blanket, so a penetrating chest wound, an airway problem or a hypothermic casualty is outside what it can answer; it is designed as a secondary or on-body kit alongside a fuller IFAK, not as a replacement for one. And the step up from the BASIC configuration is a real change in skill requirement, not just a better part: the BASIC ships an elastic SWAT-T, while this kit ships a windlass tourniquet, which needs correct positioning, tightening and securing to occlude. Wound packing with hemostatic gauze is also a trained skill — pressure has to be held, hard, for minutes. Celox™ Rapid's 60-second clot claim and its stated performance in hypothermic or hemodiluted blood are the manufacturer's. Nothing on this page is training.

Who Carries It

Law enforcement and security professionals wanting on-body hemorrhage capability that does not print like a trauma pouch · Off-duty EMS and fire, as the kit that is actually on the person rather than in the vehicle · Trained civilians and bleeding-control course graduates who have practised wound packing, not only tourniquet application · Concealed carriers and workplace safety teams, as the immediate-response layer before a wall station or a full IFAK is reached.

Where it sits in the Mojo® range: BASIC carries an elastic SWAT-T and Celox Rapid; INTERMEDIATE swaps in the windlass TMT; ADVANCED keeps the TMT and changes the hemostatic. All three use the same flat nylon wallet. Choose on the tourniquet — an elastic wrap is more forgiving with minimal training, a windlass gives controlled high-tension occlusion and rewards practice. These notes are general reference only and are not a substitute for accredited hemorrhage-control training.
