Premium Trauma MedSling w/ Fill Kit Alpha

The MEDSLING shoulder pack bundled with Fill Kit Alpha (LXSMK-A) — a 30-line basic-life-support wound care load covering bandaging, splinting, cold packs, irrigation and consumables. This is a BLS wound care kit, not a hemorrhage control kit: there is no tourniquet, no hemostatic gauze and no chest seal in Fill Kit Alpha. The MOLLE/PALS platform lets you add those separately.

Responders whose scope includes hemorrhage control should stage a tourniquet on the MEDSLING platform separately.
