What material are the pouches on the Large B-Side Insert made from?

What is the LB01 made from?

The LB01 uses vinyl mesh laminate pouches (semi-transparent, moisture resistant, easy to clean), 210-D Ripstop nylon with DWR coating on the backing, and YKK RC-Class lockable zippers with Spartan zipper pulls. Webbing and binding tape are high-tensile-strength nylon. All stitching is high-tensile-strength bonded nylon thread with Bartack and Box-and-X reinforcement at the grab handle and hook panel attachment points.

Can the LB01 be deployed as a standalone organizer at a casualty collection point?

Yes. The rear hook panels attach the LB01 to any loop-lined surface — a cot-side loop panel, a medical cache wall, a MOLLE vest panel, or any hook-and-loop compatible mount. The dual reinforced top grab handle allows removal from the FATPack-Pro LARGE and placement at a treatment station in seconds. A pre-loaded LB01 can be transferred between a staging bag and a forward-deployed position without repacking individual items.
