A gun range trauma kit is built for the worst range injury — a gunshot wound — not for scrapes. Every kit here carries what stops severe bleeding: CoTCCC-recommended tourniquets, hemostatic gauze, pressure bandages and chest seals, in cases and bags built to sit at the firing line.
Minimum per kit: 2 tourniquets, 2 hemostatic gauze, 2 emergency trauma bandages, 2 vented chest seals, gloves, shears, a marker and a thermal blanket. Mount it at the firing line, announce its location in every safety brief, and post a one-page EMS plan with it.
