A 2.8 oz single-tourniquet carrier built around the 5.11 FLEX-HT™ backer, which mounts vertically to MOLLE, horizontally to a duty belt, or tucks into a plate carrier's elastic panel slot without extra hardware. Elastic compression retention holds a folded windlass tourniquet with no closure to defeat, and a Hypalon® pull tab gives a positive grip for one-handed extraction.
