Chase Tactical designed the LOPC to fill a specific gap: a carrier that provides genuine operational capability — padded straps, drag handle, MOLLE loading platform, placard compatibility — while keeping total system weight to roughly 2.0 lb unloaded. That weight is significantly lighter than traditional carriers in the 3–5 lb range, translating directly to reduced cumulative fatigue over multi-hour operational periods.

The cummerbund is built from lightweight breathable mesh, keeping ventilation at the lateral torso while providing MOLLE webbing on both exterior and interior surfaces. The exterior MOLLE accepts standard pouches; the interior MOLLE allows mounting of soft armor side panels or small accessories directly against the body. A removable hook-and-loop closure provides girth adjustment, and Chase Tactical offers an interchangeable cummerbund system allowing upgrades or replacement without replacing the full carrier.

The shoulder straps are padded and incorporate both standard nylon webbing and elastic webbing channels. These channels are designed for routing tourniquets, hydration tubes, radio antennas, handset cables, communication wiring, V-Lites, and strobe lights — making the shoulder real estate genuinely functional rather than a simple load-transfer surface. The built-in drag handle is reinforced for casualty extraction and folds flat under Velcro when not needed to prevent snagging.

Placard & Modular Panel System

The LOPC ships with a removable MOLLE clip placard secured by two vertical clips on the front panel. These clips allow rapid tool-free addition or removal of pre-configured weapon-specific pouch panels or mission-role placards. The large hook-and-loop area on both front and back accommodates any size loop-backed placard, providing extensive customization — from a minimalist sniper configuration to a fully loaded direct-action setup.

Sizing Guide

The Regular LOPC is designed for 10″×12″ plate inserts (standard Shooter's Cut) and fits most adult frames.
