How does the IWB RIGID TQ Case attach inside the waistband?

The IWB RIGID TQ Case uses a Raven Concealment Systems Overhook — a J-shaped clip that hooks over the top of your belt from the inside of the waistband. Two Overhooks are included: a 1.5-inch and a 1.75-inch version. The Overhook slides over your belt without tools and locks the case securely in position. The cant angle and ride height can be adjusted for personal preference. To remove or reposition, simply lift the Overhook off the belt — no unbuckling required.

Can the IWB RIGID TQ Case be carried in the appendix position?

Yes. The Raven Concealment Systems Overhook attachment is position-neutral — you can place the IWB RIGID TQ Case at appendix (12 o'clock), 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, or any position around the waistband that works for your body geometry and clothing. Appendix inside-the-waistband (AIWB) carry is a popular choice for rapid access. The case's 5 × 3.25 × 1.6-inch profile sits comfortably in most positions without significant printing under a normal shirt.

Is the IWB case secure during physical activity like running or driving?

Yes. The Raven Concealment Systems Overhook is a proven IWB attachment system used widely for concealed handgun holsters. The tourniquet itself is held in the injection-molded case via friction retention — the same design used across all Eleven 10® RIGID TQ Cases that withstands military and law enforcement operational demands. The combination secures the tourniquet through running, bending, and vehicle operations without risk of the case or tourniquet detaching under normal physical activity.

Can I convert the IWB case to belt or MOLLE carry?

Yes. The IWB RIGID TQ Case body uses the same two-screw mounting holes as all Eleven 10® RIGID TQ Cases and is compatible with optional accessories sold separately by Eleven 10®: a Large Tek-Lok belt attachment (for 2.25-inch duty belts), Short Malice Clips (for MOLLE/PALS vests), and Drop-Leg Shroud Mounting Hardware. This allows the same case body to be configured for IWB concealed carry, external duty-belt carry, or plate carrier mounting — reducing the need to purchase multiple separate cases.

Does the IWB RIGID TQ Case work with a dress belt or only a rigger belt?

The IWB RIGID TQ Case is designed to work with rigger-style and dress belts using the included 1.5-inch and 1.75-inch Overhooks. The 1.5-inch hook accommodates thinner dress belts common in civilian and off-duty carry. For very thin fashion belts (under 1.25 inches), the Overhook may not provide a secure grip — a dedicated rigger belt or gun belt is recommended for reliable everyday carry. The case works best with belts that have some rigidity to them, as a stiff belt stabilizes the Overhook's position.
