Laser Cut CAT Tourniquet Pouch

A 1.29 oz laser-cut laminated Cordura® carrier for the C-A-T® Gen 6 and Gen 7. It lies flat against laser-cut armor channels — PCG3, MSV — and still mounts to legacy MOLLE/PALS with no adapter, and four front MOLLE Attachment Points let two pouches share one column of webbing. Snap-free and grommet-free, so there is nothing to corrode or rattle. Pouch only; the tourniquet is sold separately.

CoTCCC recommendations apply to medical devices, not carriers. The pouch itself holds no CoTCCC status; the C-A-T® Gen 7 it is built to carry does. The legacy page described the pouch as "about 50% less" than the 2.17 oz standard 1000D pouch — the published figures work out to roughly 40%, which is the number carried here.

TCCC doctrine is that the tourniquet should be reachable with either hand. Mount the pouch in a consistent position across the element so a buddy-care provider does not have to ask where it is, and train the single-handed draw with degraded fine motor control — that is the case the retention has to survive.
