North American Rescue · Compact IFAK Pouch
M-FAK Mini First Aid Kit Pouch
The smallest IFAK footprint in the NAR line that still keeps organization and access speed — a 500-denier nylon pouch at 6″ × 3″ × 3″, roughly half the size of the TORK. It opens clamshell from the side into two sleeves that present everything at once, mounts vertically on MOLLE or horizontally on a 3″ duty belt, and reverses for either hand. Six colors, bag only.

Vest and belt real estate is finite. The smallest pouch you will actually wear beats the ideal pouch you leave in the locker.

What's Included

A pouch sold without medical supplies. Colors: Black · Olive Drab · Coyote Tan · Multicam · Red · Gray — construction, organization and mounting hardware are identical across all six; only the exterior color changes. Tap a section for what ships and for how it mounts, opens and fills.

VIEW ▾In the Box — pouch only — no medical supplies
  • 1× M-FAK Mini pouch, 500-denier nylon, in the color selected
  • Two interior sleeves with multiple elastic loops securing items independently in each sleeve
  • MOLLE backing for vertical carrier mounting
  • Integrated 3″ belt sleeve for horizontal duty-belt carry
  • No tourniquet, chest seal, gauze, dressing or gloves are included — the pouch ships empty and is built to your own protocol
  • NAR Quick Detach Panels are compatible but sold separately
VIEW ▾Fit, Mounting & Access — how it wears, opens and what it holds
  • Overall 6″ L × 3″ W × 3″ D; weight 8 oz, bag only
  • Roughly half the cube of the NAR TORK platform — sized for light-kit operators, hot-weather configurations and limited belt space
  • Bilateral clamshell: the two main sleeves open from both ends at once for full visual identification in low light, rather than identification by touch
  • Reversible orientation — configure the opening left-to-right or right-to-left for dominant hand and carry position
  • Mounted horizontally on a duty belt it opens toward the tourniquet position for belt-line self-access; the MOLLE backing handles standard vertical vest mounting
  • NAR states the interior accepts a standard individual TCCC loadout — a C-A-T® tourniquet, chest seal, compressed gauze, pressure dressing and gloves · CoTCCC-recommended tourniquet, sold separately — verify your own loadout fits before fielding
  • Red is offered for high-visibility EMS and public-safety identification; Gray for low-visibility work

Who Carries It

Patrol officers running a belt-line IFAK on light kit, where every inch of a 3″ duty belt is already allocated · Military light-kit and hot-weather configurations that need a MOLLE IFAK position without a full-size pouch · EMS and fire using the Red option for high-visibility medical identification among multi-agency responders · Units and agencies that want protocol control rather than a factory loadout, and vehicle-staged pre-loaded spares that swap into the carry position when a primary IFAK is expended.

Set the load — tourniquet, chest seal, gauze, gloves — before the shift and inspect it on the same schedule. A pouch that gets opened for convenience items between calls is a pouch that is missing the critical item when it matters. Contents and any procedure they support remain governed by your training and scope of practice.
