Medic Assault KIT - BASIC

A pre-filled tactical trauma kit built into the low-profile, middle-hinge Medic Assault Rescue Bag: a full MARCH load across two Bleed pouches, an Airway pouch and a Splinting pouch, at 2.2 lb of bag. The middle hinge contours to the torso and silent zipper pulls keep the kit quiet, so the medic moves with the assault element rather than waiting behind it. This product ships stocked.

MARCH = Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia/Head injury. The Medic Assault Kit — Advanced (80-1730) is a separate product that adds hemostatic gauze, a bag valve mask, a cricothyrotomy kit, needle decompression, vascular access and a medicine case; none of those items are in this configuration.

Tactical medics who need the kit to breach and clear with the element · SWAT and SOF teams wanting a body-armour-mountable load with junctional and airway capability · Tactical EMS providing point-of-wounding care under load.

Scope of practice. This is a provider-level kit, not an individual-aid kit. It includes a nasopharyngeal airway and a tactical suction device, intended for trained providers working inside their protocols. Everyone who may use it should hold TCCC, TECC or equivalent training in hemorrhage control and airway management. This listing describes capability, not technique, and is not a substitute for accredited training.

The Medic Assault KIT BASIC is intended for trained combat medics, tactical medics, and medical officers with formal TCCC or equivalent training. It is not an individual-aid kit — contents require appropriate training to deploy safely.
